About the program
Is this a credentialing program?+
No. CRCI provides career training and a certificate of completion. It is not a substitute for ACRP, SOCRA, employer-required training, or formal credentialing.
How is the program delivered?+
100% online and self-paced. Each module includes video lessons, written content, downloadable resources, and a quiz.
How long does each program take?+
Most students complete Foundations in 1–2 weeks, CRC Launch in 4–6 weeks, and CRA Launch in 6–8 weeks at a comfortable pace.
Assessments & certificates
What is the passing score?+
Quizzes require 80% to pass. Retakes are unlimited.
When do I get my certificate?+
Immediately after passing the final assessment. Each certificate has a unique ID and QR verification link.
Can employers verify my certificate?+
Yes — employers can enter the certificate ID on the public verification page.
Payment & access
Do I have lifetime access?+
Yes. One-time payment, lifetime access, including future updates.
Can I get a refund?+

Do you offer payment plans?+
Not currently. All programs are one-time purchases.
