You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the program and have not been issued a certificate.

Non-Refundable Items

Template Vault and certificate fees are non-refundable once accessed/issued.

Submit a support ticket from your dashboard with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
